In such an idyllic destination, the Capricorn Group holds a bucolic territory of around 200 acres close to the Mulshi dam. We plan to develop a 5-star hotel, a wellness centre and township of villas here, in the first phase over a landscape of 133 acres. Additionally, we have also chalked out the incorporation of a lake resort and a spa to complement the whole plan.
